How Napalm uses your Gmail account

When you click “Connect with Google” for a mailbox, Napalm asks for access to that Gmail account so it can:

send the campaign emails and replies you create, from your own address, at the times you schedule;
read new messages in your inbox to detect replies, out-of-office notices and bounces to your campaign emails, so follow-ups stop automatically and replies appear in your Napalm inbox.

Napalm only stores messages that belong to your campaign conversations or come from contacts in your workspace; other personal mail is not downloaded. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Email Accounts, which revokes Napalm's access. See the Privacy Policy for details.
