By using Napalm you agree to these terms. If you use Napalm on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Napalm provides software to find leads, manage contacts and send email campaigns from mailboxes you connect. Features may change over time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• You will only connect mailboxes you are authorized to use and only email recipients you have a lawful basis to contact.
• You will honor unsubscribe requests; Napalm provides tools to do so automatically.
• You will not use Napalm to send malware, phishing, deceptive content, or to abuse any email provider's terms.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Google account, you authorize Napalm to send and read email for that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it at any time.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Napalm available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put deliverability at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

Napalm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or email deliverability outcomes.
